h402 legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Hunt Team, legally operated by BourbonShake Inc., handles information for h402, a paid API routing service. Contact us at admin@hunt.town for privacy, support, access, deletion, or data-request questions.
1. Information we collect and store
h402 stores information needed to operate the router, settle payments, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve route quality. This may include:
- Public wallet addresses used for authentication, payments, credits, and administrative access.
- Authentication challenges, wallet-signature sessions, and related session metadata.
- Funnel and tracking events, including user-agent strings. The current design does not store IP addresses in these tracking events.
- Paid-call ledger records, including amounts, payment references, idempotency keys, route/candidate identifiers, and settlement status.
- Redacted call samples for quality and debugging, including request and response content. These samples can include the queries you submit, provider responses, and personal data returned by people, business, search, social, or other data routes.
2. How we use information
We use information to route API calls, quote and settle x402 payments, operate credits, maintain ledgers, measure route quality, detect failures, debug incidents, improve the catalog, provide support, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third parties
h402 uses third parties to provide the service. Payment settlement may involve the Coinbase CDP x402 facilitator and public blockchain infrastructure. Each API call’s payload is sent to the selected upstream API provider so that provider can process the request and return a response. Upstream providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
4. Blockchain and payment records
x402 payments are settled in Base USDC and may be recorded on a public blockchain. Public blockchain records are outside our control and cannot be modified or deleted by h402. Do not submit or authorize a transaction if you are not comfortable with public blockchain settlement.
5. Redaction and retention
h402 may redact or truncate call samples and operational logs, but redaction is not a guarantee that all personal or sensitive data is removed. Avoid sending secrets or unnecessary personal data in route inputs. We retain operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, investigate abuse or failures, maintain financial records, comply with law, and improve route quality. We may update retention practices as the service evolves.
6. No sale of personal data
We do not sell personal data. We share information only as needed to operate h402, process payments, route requests to upstream providers, comply with law, protect users and the service, or with your direction.
7. Your requests
To request access, correction, deletion, or support, contact admin@hunt.town. We will review requests subject to identity verification, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, financial recordkeeping, and the limits of public blockchain data.
8. Security
We use operational safeguards intended to protect h402 data, but no service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, passphrases, device security, and the content you submit to upstream providers through h402.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of h402 after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
