Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of h402, operated on the site by Hunt Team and legally operated by BourbonShake Inc. By accessing h402 or making a paid API call through h402, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What h402 is

h402 is a router that relays paid API calls to independent third-party providers. Buyers call an h402 route and pay h402 in Base USDC over x402; h402 adds a 5% operator fee and pays the selected upstream provider. h402 does not custody buyer keys. You remain responsible for your wallet, signer, and authorizations.

2. Third-party providers and content

Provider availability, latency, outputs, data, and terms are controlled by independent upstream providers. h402 does not verify, endorse, or guarantee provider content, correctness, completeness, legality, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and any provider-specific terms that apply to your use of the routed API call.

3. Payments, credits, and crypto risk

Payments are final and irreversible once authorized and settled on-chain. All sales are final and non-refundable. Dynamic prices are quoted before payment and you authorize the exact amount shown in the x402 challenge. Gas costs, network congestion, facilitator behavior, stablecoin availability, smart contracts, wallet software, and blockchain conditions are outside h402’s control.

Bonus credits are promotional only, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire, be limited, or be revoked at any time. You are responsible for self-custody, private keys, passphrases, wallet security, USDC/stablecoin risk, smart-contract risk, and transaction irreversibility.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use h402 for illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes; to violate an upstream provider’s terms; to overload, scrape, attack, reverse engineer, bypass metering, or circumvent payment or rate limits; or to interfere with h402, providers, or other users.

5. No professional advice

Catalog entries, API responses, market data, security checks, business data, maps, weather, search results, and all other routed outputs are informational only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, security, or other professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

The h402 site, catalog, documentation, design, source content, and service presentation are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may use the APIs as intended through documented routes, but you may not copy, scrape, republish, or reuse the site, catalog, or content beyond normal service use without permission.

7. Service provided “as is”

h402 is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, latency, accuracy, completeness, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted provider access. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with h402 is to stop using the service.

8. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunt Team, BourbonShake Inc., and their affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; provider failures; blockchain losses; wallet compromise; or business interruption. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to h402 for the affected service during the three months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hunt Team, BourbonShake Inc., and their affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of h402, your payloads, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of any third-party provider terms.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of h402 after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of the Republic of Korea have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or h402.
